RETURNS
As all Yvelle products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives with a manufacturing fault.
If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will arrange a replacement.
Cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of ordering.
