How to Order
At Yvelle, we make ordering simple and personalised. Here’s how the process works:
1. Choose Your Items & Place Your Order
Browse our collection and select the products you love —
or get in touch with Yvelle to create your dream invitations from scratch.
Whether you choose a design from our range or opt for a fully custom piece, your order is sent straight to our team to begin the process.
2. We Contact You for Your Details
If you’ve ordered personalised items such as invitations, place cards or table numbers, our team will reach out to collect all required information, including:
- Names
- Dates
- Wording
- Guest list (if applicable)
- Any custom requests
We’ll guide you through everything we need.
3. Review Your Digital Preview
Once your details are received, we’ll create a digital preview of your design.
You’ll have the chance to:
- Check names, dates and spellings
- Approve the layout and colours
- Request any adjustments
We only begin production once you confirm that everything is correct.
4. Production Begins
After approval, your order moves into production. Each piece is handmade with care and thoroughly checked before packaging.
Production times vary by product
5. Secure Packaging
Your items are carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
A packaging fee is included in your shipping cost.
6. Choose Your Delivery Method
At checkout, you can select:
Standard
Tracked
Express
Delivery time is added on top of production time.
7. Your Order Arrives
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email (and tracking if selected).
Your personalised pieces will arrive beautifully packaged and ready to use.
